This week, we will be completing a small group project to share our learning and conclusions about keeping our bodies healthy and strong.
HIghlights
Art Collaboration
Thank you all for helping your child find a picture of their bird. We began the collaboration today by looking at the features of the birds and the shapes within the bird's body. From their, everyone drew a picture of their bird looking closely at shapes that will be used when forming the clay into birds on our next visit. We'll begin an in-depth study of birds next week. We would love for you to share your expertise or materials (books, pictures, etc.).
Mystery Reader
Please let me know if you are interested in coming out to be a mystery reader. As mystery reader, you would be responsible for reading to the class for about 15 minutes following our lunch at 11:30.
