STOP USING TOBACCO AND ALCOHOL
The Cost $$$
- The cost of a 24-pack of beer is about $24.
- The cost of a pack of cigarettes is about $8.
- The cost of a can of chewing tobacco is about $3 to $4 usually.
Affects of Beer
Beer can make you feel good for a little bit but in the long run it will hurt your life even more and possibly even your life right then and there because it can affect your cerebrum and slow your thought and reaction process.
Affects of Cigarettes
Cigarettes have an addicting drug in them called nicotine. The smoking isn't addicting the way it is but the nicotine makes it. Cigarettes are really bad smelling in my opinion and I think many others agree. Smoking can have many affects on your body and you such as yellowing in the teeth, bad breath, smell bad in general, and can cause your lungs to have tar(sticky substance) on your lungs which can make it hard to breathe.
Affects of Chewing Tobacco
Chew can cause an oral cancer and a lung cancer. In 2007 7,550 deaths of oral cancer were recorded 90% were people who had chewed tobacco. Chewing tobacco will leave a nasty mark in your mouth. This will lead to less "attractiveness" and hurt you because you also get a lot of sores in/on your mouth.
AFFECT OF ALCHOHAL AND TOBACCO TO YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM
Affect of Beer on Your Nervous System
When you drink alcohol it can affect your nervous system by slowing down your cerebrum part of your brain which will affect your reaction time, thinking, and reasoning. This may lead to fights, arguments, and being able to react when driving or simply crossing the street.
Affect of Tobacco on Your Nervous System
When you take in tobacco, what ever way you do, it can lead to depression and anxiety. Anxiety can lead to depression which can cause guilt or sorry all the time which then can lead to the committing suicide.
