They eat light breakfast's such as a cup of black coffee with bread of various toppings or spreads. Fruit and cereals are beyond financial reach of most Cubans. Most workers and students eat lunch at work or school and come together for dinner, which is the most important meal. Diners keep hands above the table and hosts are expected to offer guests second helpings, which may be declined.
