Soup's On!

Who: All SE Staff

What: Soup/Chili Cook-off

Where: Arlington site (lab 419), Gaylord (staff lounge)

When: Friday, January 29th--have your soup ready for tasting by 10:30am

EVERYONE is encouraged to come taste and vote for their favorite soup regardless of whether or not they brought a soup for the cook-off.

**The Wellness committee will supply the bowls, spoons, and napkins.

Water Aerobics will be postponed!

Due to the chilly temperatures outside, we are going to reschedule water aerobics for later this year. In the meantime, the pool is still open Monday and Wednesday afternoons if you would like to do your own aquatic activity.

“What About Fascia?”

Ever wonder what fascia is? It’s connective tissue surrounding your muscles! As we age, our fascia can tighten up. A basic stretching fact: we lose 10% of our range of motion for every 10 years we age unless we take an active role in maintaining or improving our flexibility. Eileen Campbell, Registered Physical Therapist, will tell us more about fascia and share some exercises to help us maintain flexibility.
