Any land within astralia's national border that is not claimed by one of the states is called a territory. Territories do not have the right to convene their own government or pass laws as the states do. Under the Constitution, the Australian Government makes the laws for the territories.

why do you need atleast 76 seats to win a govern ment
a party needs to win at least 76 seats for it to become a government sometimes no party wins enought seats to form a government in this case a coalition is formed two or more paties join together to make enought seats to form a government

a bill is a proposed law under consideration by a legislature. a bill does not become a law until it is passed by the legislature and in most cases approved by the executive Once a bill has been enacted into law it is called an Act or statute
