The Lost Boy
A Foster Child's Search for the Love of a Family
"The Lost Boy" is a sequel to "A Child Called It'. These books are about a child getting abused and how he deals with all of it. He is a very strong boy and he knows what's for him but he sill fights. He is literally fighting for his life. He is going through foster homes until he finally finds the right one.
I loved how this book was written and how it was real. I liked how it teaches you about child abuse through this child getting very badly abused. It opens up your eyes a lot and it makes you wonder how many people you know who might be getting abused. It makes you want to be kinder to people who don't have many friends and look beat up. It changes your life.

This is about a little boy who's mother was abusive to him the minute he was born. He went to a foster home very young and then he was abused in one of his foster homes. This is like "The Lost Boy" because this child is looking for somebody to love him just like dave was.
This book is about a young boy who acts very badly because of his mothers abuse. He goes through a lot of foster homes because nobody wants to take care of him because they think he is crazy.
