There are four Organic Compounds. To stay healthy you need all four. Although you need all of them, too much would be bad for you. Carbohydrates are the main source of energy. Protiens are what heal your muscles after a workout. Lipids are saturated fat and unsaturated fat. Too much Saturated Fat is bad for you. Unsaturated Fat is better for you than Saturated Fat. Nucleic Acid is found in DNA.
Charecteristics of Living Things
There are six Charecteristics of LIving Things. All living things need energy. All living things are composed of cells. Evolution is anotehr charecteristic of living things. Heredity is the traits passed down from your parents. Homeostasi is the state of balance in your body.
