Why Take the PSAT?
The results on the PSAT are important because it lets the students know how well they would do if they were to take the SAT or ACT while preparing for applying for colleges. Students who are seeking degrees in specialized STEM careers often face a lot of competition for scholarships and entry to highly valued programs and the PSAT lets students know the areas they are lacking in and where they excel in order to prepare for their next steps on their transition from high school to college.
