How we use our Young Living Essential Oils - June 2015

Muscle System - Megan Fowler

I ran in my first (possibly my first and only) half marathon in March. I am not a runner. So when I first started training my body rebelled against the intense running schedule that I had set to meet my goal. Thankfully about a month into my training I was introduced to Young Living Essential Oils. I immediately started researching oils that were good for managing pain and soreness caused by exercise. I found a "recipe" for a cream that called for coconut oil, peppermint, valor, copaiba, and pan-away. I made the cream and started using it on my problem areas (lower legs and lower back) before and after runs. I was amazed by how good my legs felt while I was running and after!

The morning of the race I applied the cream in the same locations I always had and didn't apply it anywhere else. I ran the race faster than I ever thought possible and after it was over the soreness started to set in. But guess what? My lower legs and lower back where I had applied the essential oils felt 100% normal (well as normal as you can feel after running for two hours). Not a single pain in my shins or calves or lower back! The parts of my body that hurt the worst were the areas where I hadn't applied any oils! I know that the oils that I used during my training and race helped me to not only beat my goal time but also helped my recovery after.

If I ever decide to pretend I'm a runner again I will definitely be applying oils all over!

I love the fact that as we grow healthy we have the opportunity to use our healthy bodies to move and become fit. Over the next few months we will be focusing on a few of our Oola Goals. This month is Fitness!

At the End of June I will draw from the members who have spent $190PV or more and the lucky person will receive the Oola Fitness Oil Blend. Please watch Natalie McMurry from Delaware as she shares with us what residual income is and why you want it!

Great News, our house is under contract in only 12 days . . . Praise God!

Ruth Ann , your Abundance Roller arrived at the PERFECT time. We had just landed from our FLA vacay and had to stay out of the house for multiple showings Fri am. So, we ran home very quickly, tidied up and grabbed the mail from the week.

I opened the mail while having lunch out, read Ruth Ann's note and prayer. At this point, I am a wee bit tearful, then I read the description of "Abundance", WOW! Without a doubt I knew we would have an offer on our house that night. The Holy Spirit just spoke to me and I had an amazing calmness about the entire situation. So I told my lil's what I believed God was doing for us and that this package and Ruth Ann's prayer was confirmation.

So I got the roller out and we put it on our wrists and above our hearts. We prayed for the perfect family to want our home.

This pix below was taken right at noon. I truly wanted to post this and tell my testimony right then and there. And as I was getting ready to post, I stopped. I heard God say, wait until the offer is there and a contract is signed.

So here I am friends, letting you know that God has blessed us abundantly with the quick sale of our house. We are heading home. Although I am not a native and only lived in FTW for 4 1/2 yrs, Texas has always been home to me. Thank you for your prayers Landis , Angie , Natalie & Ruth Ann. There is power in agreement. And thank you YL for your "Feelings Kit". I have used them faithfully for my family and for myself. Many of the feeling oils were just what a needed for peace, strength, joy and clarity. But most of all, they did wonders for my soul.

Remember this...

Those of you who have been to our home know that I believe in having a supply of oils that will last my family at least 6 months and preferably a year. I believe we are to be prepared "in season and out of season" for any emergency that may occur. Essential Oils are not man made and therefore can be "Out of Stock" for any length of time depending on several facters as climate, disaster, and/or ecomonic reasons out of Young Living's control (or our control).

Three of my most important oils are Lavender, Geranium and DiGize.

Lavender, the "swiss army knife" for everything but primarily in our situation for burns and allergies. It's FDA compliant uses would be respiratory support, cardiovascular support, insomnia, integumentary system support.

Geranium has already saved David's life once so it is one of those that I carry with me everywhere I go. One of it's medical uses is a hemostatic (stops bleeding). Many accidents result in bleeding so it very important. It is also good as a liver support, hormone balancer, circulatory system support and is used to treat fungal infections.

The third choice would be DiGize. With so many toxins being added to our foods that we survive on, DiGize has to be high on our priority. It's primary uses are digestive system support as well as urinary/bladder support.

This Month's Specials!

Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens) has a wonderfully uplifting, calming, flowery scent. It is excellent for the skin, and its aromatic influence helps release negative memories. Used traditionally to support the circulatory and nervous systems, a great deal of its strength lies in its ability to revitalize body tissues.* Geranium has an approximate ORAC of 1,010,011 (TE/L). TE/L is expressed as micromole Trolox equivalent per liter.

A high-potency probiotic, Life 5™ represents the culmination of years of extensive research. Life 5 builds and restores core intestinal health by providing five clinically proven probiotic strains including two advanced super strains to enhance intestinal health, sustain energy and improve immunity. Life 5 contains 8 billion active cultures and improves colonization up to 10 times. Life 5/True Source Audio Training

Jade Lemon™ is grown in the warm, humid climate of southeast China. While other lemons begin to release some of their oils aromatically as they turn yellow, the jade lemon fruit remains green even in maturity, allowing the concentration of oil to continue within the fruit. The oil is released only after the fruit is picked, giving it a richer and more fragrant aroma. Jade Lemon contains high levels of d-limonene, which helps invigorate, uplift, and energize, as well as support clarity of thought and purpose. This oil supports skin health; helps open and release emotional blocks; and is useful to clean, detox, and purify. A 1995 Mie University study also found that citrus fragrances induce relaxation and invoke feelings of happiness.
