Message From Mrs. Robertson
Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. The crispness of the air, the smells in the kitchen and the family around the table all remind me of the simple things that bring joy to life. For me, the presence of family brings me the most joy as it grounds me and reminds me of the significant relationships that make a difference. However, these family ties are not the only relationships that have an impact on my life. The relationships with staff, students and families provide daily reminders of how the little things mean so much. The staff member that shares the exciting news of becoming a parent, the student who greets me with a hug and the parent who takes the time to send a note of appreciation are just a few examples of why my profession doesn’t feel like work, but a gift. So, thank you for being a part of the CMES family and for making this season of Thanksgiving a special one!
