You may love fishing – but you will not like being phished. Phishing is the fraudulent practice of sending emails purporting to be from reputable companies in order to scare or induce individuals to reveal personal information. What they really want is information that will be used to gather your passwords and credit card numbers. It may only need you to click on a link or button to install the malware that scours your computer for personal information.

Sand Lake Conservation Camp
The annual Sand Lake Conservation Camp will be held June 19-21 at Camp Bird Youth Camp, near Crivitz, WI. This camp is for Wisconsin & Upper Michigan youth attending grades 6-8 in September. It provides positive outdoor experiences, helps foster an appreciation for nature, and introduces a variety of opportunities in natural resources and conservation careers. Topics include wildlife ecology, water quality, fisheries, outdoor skills, and more. Campers make new friends, participate in hands-on activities, practice social & leadership skills, enjoy the outdoors, and just have fun! It’s a great educational hands-on opportunity and a unique summer camp experience focused on conservation and natural resources.
$100 fee until May 22; after May 22 is $150. Cut-off date is June 3 and space is limited; registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration forms will be available by end of February. For more information, call 715-732-7784 or click here.
This adapted show is ideal for the cast of outstanding singers that Lakeland is proud to have. More than 70 students have come together in the largest cast LUHS drama has had in many years - including five middle schoolers from MJ1.
Plan to enjoy an evening of revolution with Les Mis! Tickets will be available online in the coming weeks.
