Uniforms & Spirit Wear Update:
All uniforms are currently past due back to Chattahoochee. It is important that all uniforms are hung with the name easy to read. If you lost your name card in the uniform bag, please slide a piece of paper in there so we can account for your uniform.
All State First Round Process
On Monday Mr. Crisman and I will register students for all state round 1. Members must have submitted the $30.00 registration fee in order to audition. Audition recordings will be made at Chattahoochee via appointment as well as during class time for those attending face to face. Information on the recording process will be sent to all members participating. Recordings are not due on December 1st, just the registration.
Winter Season Dates and Events:
There is a planned concert and the information is below. Please visit www.chattahoocheeband.com to reserve your seat. It is crucial that we do this process to ensure limited audience size. The members have been communicated on what attire to wear for the performance. Simply put, please dress in all black clothing with black shoes. Marching band shoes can be utilized if needed.
December 14th – Jazz Band, Percussion Ensemble & Chamber Group holiday concert
6:00PM & 8:00PM– Chattahoochee High School Auditorium. Due to current regulations we can host 120 people for this event at each performance time. Remember to go to www.chattahoocheeband.com to reserve your ticket(s). The link is on the main page on the front picture. To assist in audience size, we will perform two sets of this show, hence the 6PM and 8PM times listed.
Winter Guard
Band Class, Marching and Winter Guard/Indoor Drumline Fees:
Winter Guard and Indoor Drumline Friendly Reminder
The first installment of Indoor Drumline and Winter Guard fees are due this Monday. Please make checks payable to CHS Band Boosters in the amount of $350.00 with the students last name/WG or DL for payment. If you have any questions please contact the treasurers.
Please be sure you are current with all fees for marching band, concert band, indoor programs, all state and the like.
Please also know that when we send out statements it is a mass email from a generated report. If anything is inaccurate simply let the treasurers know and we can progress from there. Thank you for your support with all the programs we offer.
Next semester concert fees will be $75.00 totaling 150.00 for the year. This is a reduction from the previous set up of 175.00 for the year. While we are in a mixed setting we are still purchasing music, utilizing instructors and venturing forward with the program.
Volunteer Spotlight
Whether it’s a competition or a football game, near or far, you will see the Donley’s pushing pit equipment, driving trucks, fixing props, helping load and unload equipment.
