What is flexibilty?
Flexibility is the range of movement through which a joint or sequence of joints can move.
The benefits of being flexible.
Some benefits of being flexible are: 1) Keep the body fit. 2) builds muscle endurance.3)maintain proper function in all muscles and decrease your risk of injury. 4)Increased Range of Motion 5) tight muscles to reduce certain pains.
How does one improve their flexibility?
To improve flexibility, one should preform static stretches 3-5 time a week.
What are intensity activites?
Intensity activities are activities designated to prepare the body for more vigorous activities, mere specifically to prepare muscle ligaments and tendon.
What are some intensity activities?
some intensity activities are: jogging, jumping, light aerobics stationary, biking. walking etc.
Why is stretching important before and after excercise?
Stretching should be performed after a 5-10 minute warm up and at the end activities which cools down the body which is referred to as cooling down
What is difference between warming up and cooling down.
Warm up is preparing the body for physical exertion or a performance by exercising or practicing gently beforehand. and Cooling down otherwise called calming down is an easy exercise that will allow the body to gradually transition to a resting or near-resting state.
Why proper exercise important?
Proper exercise is very important because it keeps and gets the body in good shape and get muscles flexible and prevents injuries to muscles.
Why is regular exercise improtant?
Exercise is needed everyday because its part of a healthy lifestyle it keeps the mind, muscles and heart active
