There were 250 tribes throughout Australia. There were over 1 billion aboriginal inhabitants living on Australian ground. They are the longest living civilisation in the world.
The First Fleet Landing
The First Fleet arrived in Australia on the 25/01/1788. The fleet consisted of 11 ships carrying 1300 convicts. On the 26/01/1788 the fleet dumped the convicts in Botany Bay leaving to set up their own farmland in Port Jackson.
Aboriginal Meets British
The aboriginals couldn't tell british men from women because of strange clothing. But still when the British came ashore the soldiers tried to get to know the Aboriginals,there are paintings of them dancing together.
