November Edition

A Message from Mrs. Robertson

As we reflect on the many things for which we are thankful, we want to take this opportunity to share just a few of them with you: We are thankful for our students who come to school every day ready to learn - they give us all a daily reminder of what is important and why we are here. We are thankful for the support of the parents who create an outstanding partnership for our students. We are thankful for our teachers, assistants, nurses, bus drivers, secretaries, lunchroom ladies, support staff, therapists, maintenance and administrators who really care about student achievement and have the best interests of our students at heart. We are also thankful for our volunteers who contribute so much to our school.

The world we live in can be difficult and challenging at times. We see dedicated and tireless individuals going above and beyond to make sure that great things happen in our school. They do make a difference for the students here at Spring Hill Intermediate!

Most importantly, we are thankful for the parents and families that keep faith in us. They continue to share their most valuable possession with us. We appreciate all that you do to partner in your child's education, safety and well-being. For these things, we are ever so thankful.

I would like to wish all of you and your families a happy, healthy and relaxing Thanksgiving Season.

Box Tops for Education

Our school is participating in the Box Top for Education Program. Please send Box Tops with your child to school. A collection bin is located outside of the library door. For every 50 Box Top collected, SHI receives $5.00. Our goal is for each of our 500 students to bring 50 or more Box Tops by May. This would benefit our campus by earning approximately $2500.00!
