Attendance Matters
Your child's attendance is important to us! We miss our students when they are gone. Our is 97% every day, every week!
Additionally, per Texas Education Code (TEC), 25.092, students must attend 90% of the days a course is offered in order to be awarded credit for the course and/or to be promoted to the next grade. This requirement applies during the 2020-21 school year to both SCUC On Campus and SCUC @ Home.
The week of October 12, 2020, our attendance percentage was 96.95%. This was our first time to drop below the goal of 97%. If your child is absent, you can always participate Asynchronously on Google Classroom.
PTC Fundraiser- Raise the Game!
We have also brought back our Fast Passes for the Afternoon car line. For every $50 donated, your child's name will go into a drawing to have a front spot at the front of our afternoon car line. We will have 21 winners for this chance!
REVISED Time - Retake Picture Day- @ Home students
We will be practicing safe social distancing between students, and we kindly ask that you do not bring guests unless absolutely necessary.
If you would like to order pictures, please find the link here.
Honoring our Veterans
All forms must be submitted by Friday, November 6th.
Free & Reduced Price Meal Applications
Households with remote learners and or on-campus learners are encouraged to submit an application for the 20-21 school year. This application process benefits our students and the entire district.
Due to potential changes in families' economic circumstances as a result of COVID-19, SCUC ISD families may apply for benefits at anytime during the school year. If you are not eligible now but your income decreases, you lose your job, your family size becomes larger, or if you start getting SNAP, TANF or other benefits (such as unemployment benefits), you may complete an application at any time using the link below. Only one application is needed per household. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call our office at: (210)945-6045.
