The first class of students who have participated in the Dual Language Program starting in kindergarten through 5th grade were celebrated during a special event on May 18. The 5th graders were recognized as the programs' student pioneers as they head off to Hadley Junior High! The night began with a potluck where all families brought their favorite dishes. The families also participated in a team building activity where the students acted as language ambassadors and assisted their parents in communicating with each other. The evening concluded with a video of all the students in action doing activities in Spanish and English at every grade level. Congratulations, students!
