Your checklist:

  • stay on pace - use the pacing calendar
  • log in 5/7 days a week
  • email teachers using their Vail School District email from their welcome letters

Senior Spotlight: Zoey Mindziak

Why is online learning helping you to successfully graduate high school? Why did you choose online learning?

Because of online school, I was able to get some classes done before hand so that I don't have to do as many this year, which allows me to focus on other things such as college. I chose online learning because I am able to sort of have my own schedule. As an introvert I like to be able to do my own thing at times, but also have the option to go out.

What hobbies or activities do you enjoy outside of school?

I enjoy drawing, making music, traveling, and hanging out with friends and family.

What is your plan after you graduate this year?

I plan on going to Charleston Southern University and work on becoming an Art Therapist.

All VVSP students are welcome to work at the Vail Innovation Center's Open Learning Lab on Tuesdays from 9:00-3:00 and Thursdays from 5:00 - 8:00.

We encourage you to take advantage of the setting and the opportunity for support.
