What animals were hunted?

Some animals that were hunted were the stag (adult male red deer), the boar, and the wolf. The most prestigious prey to hunt was the stag because to catch it you had to have hounds chase it down and tire it so you could kill it. To be worthy of hunting it would have to of had ten tines which means points on the antlers.

What were different techniques used?

Many different techniques were used to hunt in Medieval times but some of the most common were par force (with hounds and in large groups), by horse (usually a small group who hunted with bow and arrows), and with traps.

What social classes hunted what

The rich hunted at Game parks which were protected by Gamekeepers (yes like the ones in the Hunger Games) to keep out poachers (mainly the lower classes).
