Patriot Band Registration
2023-2024
Let's get ready for 2023-2024!
This site is your one-stop-shop for all of your Patriot Band registration information. Please read carefully through all of the following information. Our organization is large and is comprised of different sections, who may at times have different needs and schedules, but all come together to form the Lakeview Centennial Patriot Band! Find specific information below for each group, including New Members. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
We are so excited to have you as part of our band family!
*A quick note about auditions: All students are welcome and will have a place in the Patriot Band. Auditions do not determine if a student will be accepted into the program; they only serve to help us place each student where they will be best set up for success.*
We strongly encourage all members and families to visit our band website and subscribe to our official Google Calendar to help stay on top of upcoming events.

Sports Physical - Due May 30th
Per UIL rules, students must now provide a sports physical and medical history in order to participate in marching band activities. Every member of the program will need to have a physical exam completed and turn in a physical form with medical history to the band staff before they will be allowed to participate in marching band/color guard activities in July.
This form should also be available anywhere these physicals are conducted.
Order Your Gear at Registration and Audition Day
Each member of the program needs certain equipment to participate in band. Most of these items only need to be purchased once and can be used for a student's entire time in the program. Our amazing Band Booster Organization facilitates ordering these items for our students.

New Members will order their required gear in the form of a New Member Starter Kit that includes all of the required items below. Private Lessons
We strongly encourage all members of the band to take advantage of private lesson opportunities. Lessons are incredibly beneficial to every student from Concert Band to the Wind Ensemble. They help students grow and improve individually, which is the best and fastest way for our band to grow and improve as an organization. More information about private lessons can be found on our band website along with student applications and contact information for our amazing private lessons staff.
