What Will Happen this Week
This week we will start our new book Sophie's Helpful Day. "That was helpful!” Discover the many ways Sophie is helpful to her family and learn how to encourage children’s natural helpfulness through a brain-building technique called “noticing." We will learn ways that we can be helpful. Sophie teaches children social skills.
Autism Support Group
This group is for parents/anyone affected by ASD, 1x monthly through ASH (Autism Society of the Heartland). The group is not limited to families only with a diagnosis, but anyone seeking support as they go through the process. Unfortunately we do not have childcare at this time. Our group meets on the 3rd Monday of every month at Woods Chapel Church (4725 NE Lakewood Way LSMO-southeast entrance) at 6pm.

Matt and Molly
Matt and Molly are kids that help our students target their language goals through funny stories. Our Matt and Molly this week will continue to be A Drooping Flower. In this week's story we will learn to recognize the difference between happy and sad. We will continue to learn how to sequence the story and recall the missing picture. We will learn how to answer yes/no and wh- questions.
