Patriot Peek at the Week News

Week of November 7th-11th

Dear Wolf Ridge Students and Families,

Students will not have school on Tuesday, November 8th for Election Day. Students will also not have school on Friday, November 11th for Veteran's Day. Students and staff will participate in a special Flag Raising Ceremony on Thursday, November 10th first thing in the morning with local Veterans. We will be serving Veterans breakfast that morning from 8:00-9:00. Students will be making signs and thank-you cards to honor our Veterans, also. Please spread the word that our high school is hosting a special Veteran's Day Program on November 10th at 2:00, and the Junior High Student Council will be hosting a FREE chili dinner for all Veterans on the evening of November 14th. More information about these events is below in this newsletter.

Our Character Trait of the Month is Citizenship. I hope you all will be a good example to your children by exercising your right to vote on Tuesday. It is also important to honor our Veterans in some way on Friday. I hope you all have a great week!
