Make some notes about climate change. Think about which area of the world you might choose for your diorama.
Week 2 & 3
Learning Objective: To model the impact of environmental change in a certain area of the world by creating a Diorama,
Choose a place around the world that might change because of global warming. Create a diorama to show what it might look like in the future if humans don’t work together to change climate change and global warming.
You can find a video to demonstrate how to create a diorama here.
Make sure you are able to explain how climate change has affected and changed it.
Pasta (To research and inform about the concept of - Reduce, Reuse and Recycle)
Learning Objective: To research the importance of Reducing, Reusing and Recycling.
In school we have been discovering and discussing the importance for us all to Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.
Now gather as much information as you can about why we recycle and how we do it locally in any way you choose, for example, take notes, interview recyclers, video recycling, internet research.
Remember to keep in mind you must answer these questions.

‘HOW can we Reduce, Reuse, Recycle in Den Haag?’
Learning Objective: To identify and model the easy ways to Reduce, Reuse and Recycle in Den Haag.
It is time to use your research findings and get creative in order to educate and motivate others. Prepare a lively, informative presentation to answer the 2 questions asked and get people recycling!
You can present your answer in any way you wish. You could produce a written report, create a website, make a poster, compose a poem, build a PowerPoint presentation, make a video, interview people, write a song or a 'creative recipe', or think of a completely different way of displaying your work.
If you create some persuasive, fun and informative work we can share it with the school to educate and motivate our school community and really make a difference!

Rice (Research about GREEN energy and create your own Eco house)
Learning Objective: To research the issue of sustainable and unsustainable world resources.
In class we have been learning about the issues surrounding the world’s natural resources. We have focused on the fact we are using our fossil fuels and unsustainable energy sources and these will run out in the future. We have been researching and finding out about the benefits of using GREEN natural energy sources.

Learning Objective: To construct a model of an Eco friendly house utilizing your
knowledge of green energy and energy saving.
Now it is your turn to educate and persuade everyone about the use of alternative GREEN sources of clean energy.
Make an ECO FRIENDLY house labelling the GREEN features and be ready to show it to the class and explain the green features and their benefits to the home owner.
