Howell To Honor First Responders This Friday At 9/11 Football Game

This Friday night will be a special night not only for the two FHSD schools involved but also for first responders and the community. This Friday's game will be "First Responders Night." The theme for the game is "Red, White, & Blue." All Howell and FHN fans are encouraged to wear red, white, and blue to the game to show their support. All first responders and military personnel in uniform or with an ID will be admitted to the game for free. The game will also serve as a fundraiser for the Backstoppers. An evening of events has been planned to honor the great men and women that serve as First Responders and those that defend our country in the military. A list of events and activities for the night is listed below. We encourage the entire Howell community to come out and support not only the Vikings but the great men and women we are honoring on 9/11 as we look to raise money for the Backstoppers.

Blue & Gold Fridays Continue To Draw Student Support & Increase School Spirit

Just two weeks ago FHHS started a new tradition called "Blue & Gold Friday." Each Friday FHHS students are encouraged to wear blue and gold and to be in the commons at 7 a.m. in the morning for a pep rally and morning wake-up call. Over 1000 students have packed the commons each Friday to participate in this new tradition. You can view video's from this Friday below. This Friday we will have a special edition of Blue & Gold Friday. In honor of 9/11 and First Responders we will be wearing red, white, and blue to school and to all events on Friday.
