New Skyward Family Access and School Cafe are here!
Dear Parents/Guardians and Students:
We are very pleased to announce that we will be using two new and innovative information systems starting this school year, 2017-2018.
The first system, Skyward, is a student information system. Skyward’s Family Access will assist our Harmony schools with maintaining open lines of communication between the school and home. Students and parents can login to view attendance, grades, schedules and calendars. Students can also perform their course selections online with Skyward.
The second system, SchoolCafé, will connect families to the school’s meal program. Parents can apply for free and reduced meal benefits and manage their student’s meal account in SchoolCafé. Both system are available anywhere with an internet connection. Links to these systems are provided on the school’s website and below.

An email will be sent to you to create an account that will give you access your student’s Once you have created an account, please take a moment to log into it and check your student information for accuracy and add any missing information.
SchoolCafé:

Dress Code
Please remember that outterwear such as coats and hoodies are not allowed to be worn in the classrooms. Only Harmony jackets or cardigans may be worn in the classrooms. Coats and jackets will be placed in lockers/cubbies. No Boots, open toe shoes, sandals or heels are allowed at anytime.

Drop off and Dismissal procedures and tips
Drop Off Times 7:30-7:50 am
-All students must be dropped off through car lines before 7:55 am.
-Back doors close at 7:55. If you find yourself in line at 7:55, please plan to make way to the parking lot to walk your student up to the front doors. This allows all staff members time to begin the day.
-Students must be accompanied by an adult when walking up to the school.
If your student is late after 8:05, you must sign your students in with the Welcome center. Please read page 12 of HPS for tardy polices.
**For the safety of your child, please do not drop your child off at car line after 7:55. We do not have staff members outside after 7:55 ensure their safety.
** For the safety of our staff and volunteers, please adhere to all traffic laws and procedures.
Please do not line up for dismissal until 3:15.
Dismissal times 3:30-3:45
If you are not here to pick up your student by 3:45, you must park and walk up to receive your student. For your safety please use cross walk. Do not park in fire lanes or car line. HSA dismisses at 3:45 and cars will be subject to towing if illegally parked. Loitering violations will be handed out for late pick ups. If you have trouble please feel free to contact the Welcome center as soon as possible. Refer to page 15 for Pick up procedures.

**Early dismissal requests must be done before 3:00 pm (11:30 on scheduled early dismissal days). This helps limit heavy traffic at the window during dismissal.

Want to become a Volunteer?
All parents must first create a Voly account in order to be considered for volunteering.
Here are the simple steps to create a Voly account.
- Visit https://harmony.voly.org/agencies/profile.html?id=AV18oSvTyfL1-PcgmIvD.
- Click on create an account.
- Enter in all of your information and create a password.
- Click create account when done.
- Complete the General Volunteer Applications.
- Select Harmony School of Innovation Euless (Besure to check of the box for Consent for Criminal Records Check and the Terms and Conditions of this application. I understand that my application will not be processed unless I agree to these terms.)
- Save the profile.
- Complete your public profile.
- Once profile is complete, Click on "My Applications" on the top of screen.
- Select 2. Orientation and complete the orientation.
- Scroll down and Click on
- That is it and your done! ( You will receive an email confirmation )
Now that you have an approved account, here is how you sign up to volunteer.
- Visit and sign into your account at https://harmony.voly.org/agencies/profile.html?id=AV18oSvTyfL1-PcgmIvD.
- Click on your dashboard link.
- Select the school in your profile you want to volunteer for.
- Scroll down to opportunities.
- Select the event you would like to become a volunteer for.
- Click on "I want to help". (If full click on wait list)
- You will receive a message in your Voly account when you are approved for that event.
- You are all set! You will be sent event details and information through Voly.
