Week 6 Starts on Monday (2/15)!

Week six is focused on Social Wellness - the social dimension of wellness refers to one's ability to interact with people around them. It involves:

  • good communication skills
  • having meaningful relationships
  • respecting yourself and others
  • creating a support system of family and friends

This year Wellness Challenge participants will be rewarded with leather journals! Just cause the Wellness Challenge is almost over doesn't mean you stop reflecting on all the good things regarding your well-being so that everyday you choose to thrive!
