School Environment Matters: FSMA Administers 5Essentials Survey to Help Improve Student Learning
The data collected will be released by the DDOE to the public in May with the data appearing on the 2016 Delaware Report Card Portal and Delaware 5Essentials Report website. Reports will display information such as the percent of parents agreeing that they feel comfortable raising concerns to their child's teacher. Teacher, parent and student identities will be kept completely confidential and responses will not be linked to any individual.
The 5Essentials Survey will be open until March 1st, 2015. During this survey window, you may complete the survey for FSMA by visiting https://survey.5-essentials.org/delaware/survey/parent and selecting parent survey. It should take about 10 minutes to complete.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share with the Department of Education and others the great work we are doing at FSMA. We look forward to receiving the results and using them to make FSMA even better!
