Field Trip Request Form
I have placed a form in the first mailbox of each grade level. I need this form filled out by each grade level, even if you have already attended your field trip. If you plan to participate in more than one field trip, make a copy and turn both forms in. I understand that some of the events may not yet be booked, so a general time would be preferred. Remember to include the split classroom for second and third-grade numbers.
Second-grade form is turned in.
MSTEP
The MSTEP results were shared to the public on Thursday, December 17, 2015. The student copies are in the office and will be sent with progress reports.
Progress Reports
Mid mark for the trimester will be January 29 and the Progress reports should go home on February 5th.
Ticket to Read
We have 200 + spots for Ticket to Read. Please let me know if you are interested in using this and I will get your class signed up. I will give priority to classes without eSpark.
From the Villarreal's
Today I attended a memorial for Amy Schnearle Pennywitt, a dear friend, who passed ten years ago while working as a firefighter for Ann Arbor. It is hard to believe it has been ten years since Amy was making people happy and serving her community. We were honored this year with the Manchester Fire Department and several Officers from the Ann Arbor Fire Department. It was a beautiful reminder to hug those you love, we are all amazing, and memories bring people together.
