ILT Update
The ILT is currently working on a two week study on Effective Feedback. We viewed a video session on effective feedback between Julea and Renee. Julea used the six steps of effective feedback previously identified the week before. ILT members then planned out an effective feedback session with their mentee for application next week.

TAP Attitude Survey
Staff,
It’s that time of year when we begin to complete all of the surveys for TAP. In your mailbox, you will find the directions for completing the TAP Attitude Survey and your unique passcode. You will need to complete this survey before you leave for the year. I would suggest that you complete it as soon as possible so that you can cross something else off the list.
For those of you who are not familiar with this survey, this is an annual survey that is anonymous of all teachers and administrators in TAP schools. The 2017 TAP Attitude Survey window is not open and will run through June 30, 2018. The survey results, available to each school and district in September, provide valuable feedback on attitudes and perceptions of the TAP educator effectiveness best practices and teacher collegiality. These results can be useful to share with various stakeholders and guide future improvement decisions.
If you have any further questions or did not receive a passcode, please let me know.
