Protecting your skin
-Avoid being outside when the sun is the strongest (10 AM and 4 PM)
-Stay in the shade
-Wear clothes that cover your body
-Get a good sunscreen (15 SPF or more)
-Use the sunscreen!
-Protect your eyes
Sunglasses are one way to protect your eyes from the sun
Sunscreen of 15 SPF or above should be used to protect your skin
Try to avoid the sun by staying in shade
