8th Grade Earth Science "field trip"

With many thanks to the Lynchburg Education Foundation, Linkhorne Middle 8th graders were able to work with the James River Association again this year. JRA Educator Connor Shroeder brought the lesson to LMS. Students were able to identify macroinvertebrates using a dichotomous key, review the James River and Chesapeake Bay Watersheds, then identified native plant and animal species found on our own campus!
