Share the Power of Parenting
We would like for every LSR7 family with a young child to be enrolled in our program. Please help us support our community by sharing information about Parents as Teachers. Referrals from friends and family are our biggest recruitment tools, we appreciate your support!
If you know of a family living in the Lee's Summit R7 school district, with a child prenatal to prekindergarten, please share this newsletter. They can enroll online at http://pat.lsr7.org/, see the information above.

We have learned a lot about the power of connecting with families, even when we can't do so in person. Our goal will always be an in-person visit in your home. Bad weather days when visits may have had to be rescheduled, will now take place virtually. We know that if you had a family member home sick, our Parent Educators may have rescheduled, but now parents may choose to go ahead with the visit virtually. This virtual option may make rescheduling a thing of the past.
We encourage all families to allow your parent educator to stay in contact with you virtually when in home visits are not available. If you have questions or comments about this, please feel free to contact our Principal.
