Enrolling Now for 18-19!
We are very excited to announce that we are now offering online application and enrollment for the 18-19 school year. You will be able to pay all tuition and fees, including lunch, athletic and other fees online on any device.
In order to enroll(current families), go to ParentWeb in Renweb or apply (new families), please go to our website under the admission/enrollment tab-link here)
- The enrollment deadline for current families is May 30th. After that date a late fee be added to your enrollment.
- When you enroll you need to do that first in Renweb and then go to FACTS and setup your payment plan etc so you can see you tuition and fees etc.
Both of these steps need to be done to be fully enrolled. I will be posting tuition etc to accounts so you can see what your payments will look like.
Field Day/Closing Chapel
The K-3 students from the Soest campus will be bussed over to the Flatrock campus at 10:45am to be there in time for a special lunch at 11am. Field Day events will occur at about 11:45 after lunch. All students are to be picked up from Flatrock, including the bus kids.
Closing Chapel/Baptismal Remembrance
The K-3 students from the Soest campus will be bussed over to the Flatrock campus to be there in time for chapel (time TBD). During baptismal remembrance, baptism birthdays for the months of May and June will be recognized. After chapel we will recognize student achievement/awards for the 4th quarter and whole year. All students will go home from Flatrock either with their parent(s) or via the bus. Please note that if your child has any medications (including cough drops) that were left in the office, they need to go home that day. We can't have any medication left over the summer.
The SJE endowment fund has been around for some time. It is finally at a point that the school can begin using it. That means more now than ever before. contributions made to this fund, make a difference. Also, at the beginning of this school year, the Lutheran Foundation ties grant funds the school receives to donations made to our endowment. In other words, every dollar donated to the SJE endowment is, one, matched into our endowment and, second is a dollar available for the school via the day school grant. In the past that amount has averaged $23,000 each school year. The funds were used for technology upgrades as well as any other classroom or school needs.
This grant, and the endowment fund have become very valuable to the school. So, please consider giving to our endowment fund so that the school has money to apply for to be used in an upcoming school year and long term from our endowment fund. If you have any questions about the endowment, please contact Axel Gruen in the school office at 260-639-0123 or email to email@example.com.
