The trapped miners from Chile are saved!

Just a couple days ago men trapped in the mine were saved One by one, the miners climbed into a specially designed steel capsule barely wider than a man's shoulders and took a 15-minute ride through 2,050 feet of rock to the surface. These men had only two teaspoons of tuna fish a sip of milk and half a biscuit every 48 hours. not to mention there was almost to light. They new they were trapped because where the mine collapsed there were miners on the outside of the rock wall. Those men informed people that their were people trapped. They then went on to save them. Scenes of joy erupted each time a miner arrived above the San Jose gold and copper mine in Chile's northern Atacama Desert after 69 days underground. After the men were freed and questioned one said "This was the toughest match of my life."

That it a lot to say and can only give you an idea of how painful and extremely distressed the miners felt. These miners are some of the strongest people that may have ever lived. they overcame one of the hardest things that anyone ever would.

Everyone was extremely grateful that they were saved. For information call 111-111-111 or email ""
