CCE Holiday Shop
The CCE Holiday Shop will take place on Tuesday, December 5th through Thursday, December 7th from 9:00am-3:00pm.
Please Note: The Holiday Shop is for students only since they are typically shopping for parents and family members. We will have volunteers and 6th grade helpers to assist the students in their shopping.
FAQ:
What are the shop hours?
- 9am-3pm during school hours
Can I go with my students?
- Students only please. This is a way for students to independently shop for family and friends in a safe way. They have so much joy choosing what to buy, budgeting their money and checking out on their own.
What forms of payment do you take?
- Cash, Check or using the forms sent home Credit Card Voucher
How do I get a voucher?
- Go to www.funservicescolorado.com/giftcard
- If you purchase a gift card, you will get an email with a confirmation code, fill in the voucher, send the voucher in with your student in their completed envelope.
How do I communicate how much $ per person to spend?
- There is a name and amount to budget on the envelopes sent home. It is very helpful if these are filled out with family members' names.
How are the items gift wrapped?
- Items are in sealed metallic envelope style packages labeled with family members names (volunteers help with this part)
What is the cost of each item?
- The prices range from $.25 to $18.00. There are a ton of cute items under $5.00. To view the items and I believe the costs go to schoolgiftshops.com

Free Counseling Services
With the holiday season approaching, we often see mental health needs increasing. Denver Counseling Center is offering free services to students, families, and staff at K-12 schools and colleges in Colorado now through December. If you or anyone you know would benefit from our services- send them our information and we would love to find time to connect with them! All they need to do is mention that they attend your school and they will receive free services!

Join CCE PTO and King Soopers for "Community Rewards"
King Soopers Contest
Did you know that CCE earned $10k through the King Soopers Community Rewards program last year?! Even more amazing is that this huge total was generated by only having 150 families signed up and identifying CCE as the nonprofit organization that receives the benefits when they shop! Imagine how much we could raise if we had more participation? To accomplish that goal we're introducing a King Soopers Contest!
Two times during the school year the PTO will have a drawing for a $100 King Soopers gift card. To be eligible to win all you have to do is link your King Soopers account to Coyote Creek PTO and email a screenshot showing your enrollment.
Here's how to do it:
- Go to the app, click on the three lines icon on the upper right corner
- ***New users will need to create a King Soopers account which requires basic
- information, a valid email address and a rewards card.***
- 2. Click on "Rewards"
- 3. Then "Community Rewards"
- 4. Under “Link your Card to an organization” click on the link labeled “here” to search for Coyote Creek PTO either by name or WX862
- 5. Click Enroll
To be entered into the raffle:
Take a screenshot of your enrollment and email it to PTO Treasurer Amy Haines and you are in the drawing for the $100 King Soopers gift-card. To be entered into the first raffle send your email by 12/1/23 at midnight MST.
Are you already enrolled?
Thank you! Take a screenshot of your enrollment (under "Rewards" and "Community Rewards" and email it to Amy Haines and you are ALSO entered in the drawing for the $100 King Soopers gift-card!
Rules:
Drawings will be held 2 times this school year. The first one is from the screenshots received now through December 1st at midnight MST. Winner will be chosen via a random number generator. If you win at any point during the year, you cannot win again. If you don't win, you don't need to reenter the drawing, your name will stay in the pool all year. If you sent in a screenshot last year, you'll have to do so again this year.
Bonus idea: Enter your other family members, coworkers, neighbors, dog walkers, etc. and send a screenshot from them for more entries to win. Staff is welcome to enter as well. Good luck and thank you!
Questions? Contact PTO Treasurer Amy Haines.
