We Tip - Message From Moorpark Unified
Dear MUSD Families:
Safety is the No. 1 priority for Moorpark Unified School District, which is why MUSD is now offering WeTip 2.0, an anonymous tip line for students, staff and community members to report acts like bullying, harassment and vandalism on school campuses.
WeTip is a tool to help create and maintain a safe school environment. Posters and signs will be placed at Moorpark Unified School District campuses. The posters show the three ways to report anonymously. Reporters can text, call or scan a QR code to notify WeTip of vandalism, graffiti, dangerous objects—such as weapons—drugs, bullying or other violent acts.
In addition, each school website, as well as Moorpark Unified’s website, will have a WeTip button to allow someone to make a report.
WeTip sends these reports to principals, district leadership as well as our school resource officer for response and resolution.
Students will be shown the following 1-minute video in class to explain WeTip and how it should be used:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=00trj_POJ7w
For anyone who wants to know more about WeTip and how it works, please view this 10-minute “how to” video that has been shared with staff:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1lY8lyf89YUIoclu68MpNtoQClNs48zI0/view?usp=sharing
Though we continually encourage students to reach out to teachers, counselors, coaches and administrators should they need someone to talk to, WeTip offers another option for anyone who would prefer to remain anonymous but has concerns about campus safety. Most importantly, we want students to understand that if they see something, say something. Don’t be silent.
More information about WeTip 2.0 is available at wetip.com.
Thank you,
Moorpark Unified School District
PARKING PERMITS REQUIRED NEXT SEMESTER!
As we get ready for the Spring 2023 semester, we want to let you know that the College is launching a virtual parking permit process! When you purchase your required permit to park on campus, it will now be virtual. This means there is no paper permit to keep track of or sticker to put on your vehicle.
All students taking in-person classes and parking on campus will be required to register their vehicle license plates when purchasing parking permits. VCCCD Police will use automated license plate readers to verify vehicles parked on campus have the required permits.
The cost is $30-$58 for the semester, depending on your vehicle type and California College Promise Grant (CCPG) eligibility. Single-use daily permits will also be available through PayMyCite.com. Daily permits are $2 and can be purchased here or by scanning the QR code found on parking signage throughout the campus parking lots.
Purchase a permit on the MyVCCCD portal under the Marketplace tab. For step-by-step instructions, visit Parking Information. Parking permit fees are used to fund critical safety measures on the campuses.
Any vehicle not properly parked or parked out of compliance with regulations is subject to citation.
For more information about parking on campus, visit VCCCD Parking Information.

At these meetings, there will be help given towards learning the basics of playing, how to run a game, and how to create a game in D&D.
