A Message From Mrs. Krug:
LSE Families,
You are all so brave and so strong and it has shown throughout this time! I am so very proud of you all.
It has been a joy to work with Lone Star families and staff for the last 9 years. Thank you for your wonderful support and friendships. They will be with me always!
I Love You All and Wish You Well!
Check-In
Thank you all for participating with me in our weekly check-ins. Write these 4 steps down somewhere and remember to visit them often as a great reflection or check-in.
Feelings
It's important to remember that 1) everyone has these feelings sometimes and 2) when a big feeling visits you, you can handle it. Tell yourself you can handle it and then choose one of your favorite "I Calm" strategies that we've practiced.
