Today’s Anxieties in Our Children and Ourselves

Ozaukee Family Services offering a workshop

Tuesday, March 30, 6:00 – 7:30 pm (via Zoom). FREE

Even before the pandemic, Americans were struggling with anxiety. Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Michael Mazius, will describe the more common forms of anxiety seen in children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Mazius will also describe the neuroscience underlying and driving these anxieties and the healthy practices we can teach our children, and adopt ourselves, to manage them. This presentation could not come at a more important time as we all make our way through the pandemic. There will be plenty of time for Q&A at the end.
