Programs You Need to Know

Skyward is a web-based program that houses all employee and student information. Your login is your "Network Login". It has several components:
  • Educator Access: Is where student data is housed. This is where teachers keep their gradebook, enter daily attendance, and record discipline.
  • Employee Access: Is where any employee can log in and view their personal data including how many days you have off, etc.
  • Family Access: Is the parent portal where parents check grades and also register students online.
  • Student Access: Is the student portal where students can access online assignments and check their grades.

Eduphoria houses a number of teacher and staff applications including teacher lesson planners, student test data, PDAS information and more. It is also web-based and uses your "Network Login". The first time you login, you will be prompted to set up a profile and answer a security question that is used for electronically signing documents.

  • AWARE: Is where you will find student test data. You will only have access to this application if you have assigned students/classes in Skyward.
  • Forethought: Is the teacher lesson planner.
  • FormSpace: Houses several district and campus forms that can be submitted, signed, and approved electronically.
  • HelpDesk: Is where you will submit tickets for any technology issues.
  • PDAS: Is the teacher appraisal system. Administrators enter Walk-Throughs and Observations that you can view and sign off on. This component is not accessible until your principal assigns you an appraiser.
  • Workshop: All staff can register for upcoming workshops and track their professional development hours.

AESOP is also web-based, which makes it accessible from anywhere as long as you have internet access. You will receive your login information from HR. Any questions regarding AESOP should be directed to HR.

Similar to PowerVideos or Discovery Education, you can login to the site and search for videos, pictures, documents, lessons, and more by subject, title, and grade. You can also add your own content for sharing with teachers and students. Your login is your "Network Login".
