Murphy Academy Updates
September 2022
Murphy University Center
Murphy Farm to Table
An exciting new collaborative learning opportunity was unveiled last month thanks to the generous support from Spire Energy. Collaboration between the Science Department and the Culinary Academy will afford students the opportunity to receive hands on learning in a full cycle environment. Students will learn to grow, cultivate, harvest, prepare, and serve various native fruits and vegetables right here on campus.
Check out the video below to learn more about how our science, math, and culinary instructors will teach students how to grow and cook their own healthy foods.
