Institute Outcomes
Supporting Implementation of Differentiated Instruction for teaching the California Common Core Reading Foundational Skills
- RESULTS covers current and confirmed research related to the science of reading and effective literacy instruction for multilingual learners, developing readers, and students in need of reading intervention supports
- RESULTS offers an in-depth understanding of the content of the four major components of reading foundational skills: print concepts, phonological awareness, word recognition and fluency and how they develop sequentially
- RESULTS includes assessments for determining students' proficiency in these standards, which enables teachers to group according to instructional needs
- RESULTS provides structured literacy routines to differentiate foundational skills instruction by planning to teach Tier 1 and Tier 2 MTSS lessons using state-adopted Language Arts programs
CRLP Learning Programs meet criteria for professional learning for ESSER funds,
as well as ESEA’s High-Quality Professional Development for Title I, III, V and VII,
Part A; and for Title II, Part A and B.

Part 2 - Instruction, and Intervention (Fall 2023)
- Thursday, November 2 (3:30pm - 6:00pm) virtual
- Thursday, December 7 (3:30pm - 6:00pm) virtual
**Session 1 is in person- the remaining sessions are virtual, and include an additional 45 minutes of asynchronous work through our Learning Management System, Canvas.**
