Student Information Form
This is a reminder that Tyngsborough Public Schools is now collecting yearly information updates through an online Student Information Form. Most of the information on this form is pre-populated with what we currently have on file. Please review and make changes where necessary. If you have multiple children, you will receive a separate email for each.
This form is now past due.
Please note that failure to complete this form may result in your child not receiving over the counter medications from the school nurse and will affect their ability to attend field trips.

We strive to promote respect, support and appropriate education for all children with disabilities in our community and ensure that their needs are being met in accordance with all state and federal special education laws and regulations.
The first meeting of the Tyngsborough SEPAC will be held on Wednesday, September 19, 2018, from 6:00-7:30pm in the Tyngsborough Middle School library, 50 Norris Road, Tyngsborough.
