2016 FALL FESTIVAL

WE NEED YOU!

WHAT, WHERE, WHEN, WHY

We hold our annual Fall Festival each October. This year it will take place on :

Saturday, October 15th from 10:30-2:30 pm

We hold our Fall Festival outdoors on our field and backyard area. This year, our Fall Scholastic Book Fair will be open in the gym during Fall Festival.

Vendors of different varieties: food, jewelry, crafts, home goods, and more will be in attendance.

Games such as ring toss, football toss, golf putting, bowling and more-all with prizes for the winners.

Attractions such as Face Painting, Henna, Haunted House, and more.

This is an event for all ages and fun for everyone. All of our staff and many of their family and friends come together to create, stage, and run the Fall Festival. We all go home tired at the end of the day but feeling great because everyone has a good time.

We will need additional volunteers, especially to set up the Haunted House prior to Fall Festival, as this takes several adults to do. If you are willing and able to help us out we will greatly appreciate it.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me. I look forward to seeing you all!

LOOKING FOR VENDORS

We are looking for vendors who would like to purchase a space at our Fall Festival for $50.00. Through the years we have had the following vendors represented: Stella & Dot, Pampered Chef, Mary Kay, Touch Stone Jewelry, Creative Covers, Silpada, JamBerry, Cup Cakes, etc..

We have contacted two food trucks interested in being our main food vendor. If you or a friend owns a food truck and is interested, please contact Gayle Ravit as soon as possible.

Historically we have between 250 and 400 people attend our Fall Festival and we will advertise our vendors in advance so people know they will be at our Fall Festival. We will be advertising our Fall festival on the Patch and Dulles Mom's in addition to local flyers and the area Chesterbrook preschool families.

Please speak to family and friends and see if they are interested in purchasing a space.
