We are grateful for the thought and care that you put into each component of your application –and the energy that you have invested into this process. Our Admissions Committee is now reviewing applications and so appreciating the opportunity to learn more about you!
Decisions will be available through Ravenna on Friday, March 6 at 4 PM. If you have any questions before that time, please let us know.

Chorus at the Cathedral
Jim Gagne, Performing Arts department chair, reported that "it was such a thrill to hear the students sing in such a beautiful and acoustically superior space."
30 Minutes of Theatricality
In English 9: Genres, our 9th grade students have been analyzing, adapting, staging, acting, and directing abridged versions (30 minutes) of classic and contemporary plays. Works included The Importance of Being Earnest by Oscar Wilde, A Raisin in the Sun by Lorraine Hansberry, Zoot Suit by Luis Valdez, and Fairview by Jackie Sibblies Drury.
The Burke Delegation
Congratulations to Solana '22 and Rachel '22, who earned honorable mentions for best delegates in their respective committees!

On Track for Spring

At the Potomac Valley Athletic Conference league championships, the girls' swim team took the runner-up spot – congratulations!
At the DC Indoor Track & Field State Championships, Katie capped a thrilling contest in the 3200m with a 3rd place finish – just 2 seconds off the top podium spot. In the competitive boys 1600m, Ben shaved a full 8 seconds off his best time, putting him in striking distance of a top 10 finish at the spring state meet.
