CCMS Theatre Department Presents, "Into the Woods"
You are invited to see the very first CCMS musical, "INTO THE WOODS." The kids have been working on it so hard, and they love seeing family members and friends attend their performances.
Tickets are $10 each. They can be obtained through the same place on MyPascoConnects where students pay for their student fees (Rycor). Each show is limited to only 100 seats, so make sure to get your tickets as soon as possible! We’ll see you there as we venture "INTO THE WOODS."
Thursday, April 29 @ 7:00 PM.
Friday, April 30 @ 7:00 PM.
Saturday, May 1 @ 2:00 PM & 7:00 PM.
Cypress Creek Middle School Black Box Theatre
Theatre Performances for Students Next Week on Friday, April 30th
On Friday April 30th, students with a valid admission ticket will be able to attend the theatre production Into the Woods. Students will be able to purchase tickets for $10 during lunches beginning on Monday April 26th-Thursday April 29th. If a student has a specific question about ticket purchasing, please direct them to Peter Nason pnason@pasco.k12.fl.us
There will be an announcement made to release students to the show on this day. Students must show you a valid Into the Woods ticket to be released from class.
6th Graders: with a valid Into the Woods ticket will attend the 1:30pm show
7th/8th Grader: with a valid Into the Woods ticket will attend the 9:00am show
Attention 6th and 7th Graders! SGA Elections for the 2021-2022 School Year
The positions available are President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Historian and Advertiser. The application is due by April 22nd. If you are interested, please start completing the application now because you need several teacher recommendations.
The estimated timeline for SGA elections is: Applications due 4/22, Campaign 4/23-4/27, Virtual Voting 4/28-4/30. Any changes will be communicated. We look forward to receiving your SGA applications. Please email Coach Karlon with any questions, ckarlon@pasco.k12.fl.us.
mySchool Online Device Return
7th Grade Required Immunization
The Florida Department of Health requires all incoming 7th graders to have the Tdap immunization. Documentation of the Tdap vaccine is required BEFORE your child starts 7th grade. Please make sure this is provided to CCMS on or before registration day in August.
Attention 8th Grade Families!
We are putting together the 8th grade video for the end of year celebration and we would love for our families to share pictures of our 8th grade students. If you have pictures to share that highlight your student, please share them by emailing Assistant Principal, Meighan Melsheimer, mmelshei@pasco.k12.fl.us Our video will be shared on our school YouTube channel on Friday, May 21st.
ESE Parent Surveys
Please remember to complete the ESE Parent Survey. This survey is extremely important to our school district as we plan for your child’s future educational needs. The letter was mailed out on 3/11/2021. If you do not receive a copy of the survey, you can complete the survey online at www.esesurvey.com or request a paper copy from the school. This does not include Gifted Services. Pasco County Schools values your opinion and encourages you to complete this survey. The window for this opportunity is open until May 31, 2021. Free COVID-19 Testing for Staff & Students
Tutoring Information
Do you need help with that assignment, or need further explanation on that equation? Well, we got your covered! Starting Wednesday, September 16th, the Cypress Creek Middle School NJHS and our Pack Leaders will be holding weekly tutoring sessions for all Cypress Creek students in our media center directly after school until 4:10 PM.
These tutoring services are completely free and will be provided by Cypress Creek teachers, Pack Leaders and National Junior Honor Society members. Take advantage of this free opportunity!
If you need to zoom in for our tutoring session, please email our NJHS sponsor, Mrs. Smith, at shesmith@pasco.k12.fl.us and she will send you the link.

Visitor Screener Questions:
Please note that we are only permitting visitors to campus by appointment only. Please call 813-346-4600. All Visitors with an Appointment Must:
- Complete the Visitor Self-Screener - CLICK HERE FOR THE LINK!
- Come to the Front Office to check in.
- Remain in designation location as directed (ex. front office, on bench outside front office)
Payments, Fees and Mask Purchases
- Fees may be paid online via Rycor.
- Hallway Lockers & PE Lockers will not be sold this year.
- Masks may be purchased online via a Rycor button or students can buy a mask with cash or check. The cost of a neck/buff is $10.00 and they will be sold on Fridays during lunch.
