Ritalin is used to help people (mostly kids) with (ADD) or (ADHD.)
How is the drug taken into the body?
Ritalin is taken into the body by swallowing. You should not crush, chew or break the tablet. If you are uncomfortable swallowing the tablet you may open the end of the capsule and sprinkle the powder into a soft food such as yogurt, pudding or applesauce.

How does Ritalin effect the body?
Short term effects: loss of appetite, headaches, vomiting, changes in heart rate and blood pressure, skin rashes and itching.
