Overview of Holocaust
During 1812 Germans were going through a lot of trouble, on the other hand the Jews were not.
Adolf Hitler then came in the picture tricking they Germans into thinking that the Jews were
the problem, and that they should wipe out all Jews for good.
So, the Germans did, they went all over Germany and killed and captured every jew they .
The Germans sent more than 2.3 million Jews to death camps ,torturing them,starving them, even burning them in gas chambers.
Some Jews managed to survive, but barely any of them did. Jews that where hiding survived, but some died of starvation.
Definition/Background Imformation
The word swastika comes from Sanskrit Svastika, which means "good fortune" or "well being".
This symbol was made 5,000 years before Adolf Hitler became who he was.
During the Holocaust. the Germans used this symbol to represent who they where, most people call them by the name of Nazis, and they called their symbol the Nazi symbol.
Today this sacred symbol is used in many religions such as Hinduism,Buddihism, Jainism,and Odinism.
