Principal's Message

Dear IC STEM Families,

Thank you parents for supporting our recent fundraisers at Blaze Pizza and Paco’s. These dine out fundraisers have been successful and delicious. Baskin Robbins 31 Flavors is this Friday and Saturday. Who can resist a double scoop of ice cream and help IC at the same time?

Being part of the Immaculate Conception community has one of the biggest blessings of my life. To be given a blank canvas to create this beautiful masterpiece has truly been an honor.

Now the time has come for me to turn over this masterpiece to Mrs. Rojas. I know she shares my vision and more for the future. We have worked together for many years as she was my very first hire when I became a principal. I knew immediately how dedicated she was to education.

To assure that IC would be in good hands, Mrs. Rojas and I have worked very closely this year as she participated in the Onward Leader program to prepare for this transition.

I will be happy to volunteer, advise, support and be on the school board, but I am also looking forward to more family time.

Thank you, thank you, thank all for your love and support. You are truly a very special community and I am eternally grateful to be part of our rebirth.

God bless you,

Mrs. Lovano

Prayer Corner

Grant us, Lord God, a vision of your world as your love would have it:

A world where the weak are protected, and none go hungry or poor;

A world where the riches of creation are shared, and everyone can enjoy them;

A world where different races and cultures live in harmony and mutual respect;

A world where peace is built with justice, and justice is guided by love.

Give us the inspiration and courage to build it, through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Amen
