Weekly Update
January 23-27
Western Day
Western Day is Monday, January 23. We are planning to have activities in the gym throughout the day. Preschool classes should plan to come in the morning (9:00 am - 11:30 am) and elementary classes should plan to come in the afternoon (12:00 pm - 2:30 pm). Please encourage your students to wear western attire. There will be a camera in the gym; please take some cute pictures of your students.
We will also have lunch from the "chuck wagon." Preschool classes should wait to be instructed to come out; elementary classes should make sure to be on time for lunch and picked up promptly.
Teachers may wear jeans with western attire.
Elementary Notifications and Upcoming Events
*Early registration begins Friday, 1/20. Please make sure you are continuing to reach out to families with positive emails, in addition to daily pictures and notes through Tadpoles.
*4th grade will go to the Stock Show Tuesday, January 24. Michelle and Charlie will drive (there will not be PE Tuesday) and Debbye will attend. Participants need to bring a disposable sack lunch.
*Lunch Bunch for responsibility is due Wednesday, January 25.
*Our school Spelling Bee will be held Wednesday, January 25 at 9:00 am. 1st - 6th grades should be in the gym at that time. If you have not submitted your winners and contacted parents, please do so today.
*Friday, January 27 is Fantastic Friday. Please bring your tickets to the gym for the drawing.
*Friday is also Spirit Day. You may wear jeans with Merryhill attire.
*Please make sure you are regularly sending things to Twitter.
Preschool and Pre-K
*Preschool progress reports go home Thursday, January 26.
*Friday, January 27 is Spirit Day. Jeans may be worn with Merryhill attire.
Elementary Faculty Meetings
*Faculty meeting Wednesday, February 1 at 7:00 am.
Weekly Emails
