Franklin Flies with lighning

The respelled scientist Benjamin Franklin performed an experiment that could have taken his life.He and his son went out on a windy day with a kite with a metal key hanging on the string to prove that it is possible to draw energy from the sky.For the plan to work the string had to be wet because if it was dry the experiment would of failed back in his lab Franklin has been working on getting electricity from the friction between water metal and common air.In his lab he was able to draw sparks from the metal. He took this idea outside to try and draw static electricity from the friction in the sky. When Franklin was flying his kite he was able to draw energy from the clouds and sparks jumped from the key on to his knuckles. If it was an actual rain storm Franklin would of lost his life.

PS I don't think he invented electricity.
